One night at Academias Hotel in a Deluxe Guest Room (single occupancy with double bed) with breakfast on morning of Thursday 15th

Three nights at Euphoria Retreat in a Superior Deluxe Room (single occupancy with double bed)

Daily breakfast and dinner

Daily activities and workshops (yoga, meditation, Pilates, walking, trekking, Qigong, Tai Chi, TRX, seminars)

Getting stuck in is encouraged, but you may do whatever you wish: lie in bed all day, check emails, catch up with family etc. You will have already paid for everything listed under the inclusions section, but please go at your own pace, knowing that absolutely nothing is compulsory

Alcohol is available at the hotel but is not displayed, advertised or included. Obviously, you are encouraged not to drink at all, but no one will stop you should you choose to. You’ll have to pay for it yourself though, of course

The hotel is ENTIRELY non-smoking - both inside and outside

Payment Terms

The remaining balance of £975 is due no later than Thursday 4th December 2025 (42 days before departure)

TTFC is not responsible for arranging and paying for transport if flights are missed
